Download a copy: the page as a folder you keep

The owner can download everything on a page — a book that opens in any browser, every photo and video as uploaded, and the data behind it. Once a day.

Save as PDF: the Timeline, the Calendar and the Places on paper

Anyone on a page can save its Timeline, Calendar or Places view as a PDF to print or send. Only memories everyone on the page can see.

How we look after your pages

Nightly backups of the database and every photo and video, kept off-platform and encrypted. Six months' notice if the service ever closes. And a reminder to keep your own copy.

Deleting your account: the 90 days, and what happens to your pages

Your account is deleted 90 days after you ask; signing back in before then keeps it. Pages pass to your trusted person or are deleted; your memories on other people's pages are removed.

Deleting a Life Page

The owner can delete a page from Settings → Your page. It removes every memory, photo, video and tribute on it, for everyone. It can't be undone.

What we store, and what we don't do with it

Your name, email and what you add to pages. No selling, no advertising, no training AI on your memories. Analytics are our own counts, never shared.

Sending feedback, and where the replies go

The Feedback button opens a private thread between you and the team. Nobody else sees it; replies land on your bell.
