What we store, and what we don't do with it
Your name, email and what you add to pages. No selling, no advertising, no training AI on your memories. Analytics are our own counts, never shared.
The short version of the Privacy Policy:
- We store the Life Pages, memories, photos, videos and tributes you and the people you invite add, plus your name and email so you can sign in. We never store your birth date — only that you answered the age question.
- We do not sell your data, show advertising, or train AI models on your memories.
- Product events — a page was created, an invitation was opened — go into our own database so we know whether the product is working. No third-party ad networks, no tracking pixels.
- Maps are drawn by Google Maps; loading a page with a map sends your browser's request to Google under Google's privacy policy. Managers can turn the map off.
- Photos and videos are stored privately and served through short-lived signed links.
- We can't read a page that isn't public unless you switch on support access. See Support access.
- When you sign in from a device we haven't seen, we email you; the device is forgotten after 180 days. See Emails from us.
- New since you looked on your dashboard is remembered on your device only; we keep no record of when you open a page.
- Each account has room for about 5 GB of photos and videos, and a video can be up to 1 GB.
