Support access: what the people who run Beyond My Time can see
We can't open a page that isn't public unless you let us in — for seven days, from Settings. Every time we do is recorded.
The people who run Beyond My Time cannot read your page unless you let them. If you ask us for help with something on it, switch on Settings → Privacy → Support access. We can look for seven days, then it closes by itself; you can close it sooner or extend it by another seven.
- Every time one of us opens a page you've let us into, it is recorded.
- We never see your note to trusted people, and never a sealed letter.
- A public page is readable by anyone, us included; the switch still records that you asked.
When you write to us without switching it on, we work from your account details and technical logs — not your memories.
