Reporting a page, a memory, a tribute or an account
Report goes privately to the people who run Beyond My Time. If you belong to the page, talk to its managers first — from inside a page we step in only for abuse or something illegal.
Under any page, memory or tribute there's Report. Choose why — it's about me or my family and shouldn't be public; it's about a living person who didn't agree; spam; abusive; breaks the law or a copyright; belongs to someone under 16; something else — and tell us what you saw.
The ladder
Author → the people who look after the page → us. A report never skips a rung.
- If you belong to the page, talk to its managers first: they can change or remove things. We can only take a page down. From inside a page you belong to, we accept reports only for abuse or something illegal — everything else is the family's to settle.
- We can't read a private page. What we can do is act on the account behind it.
What happens next
Someone on the team looks and replies to you privately — your report is a feedback thread only you and we can see. Nobody on the page hears who reported it. One open report per thing.
"This page is about me"
If a page is about you or your family and shouldn't be visible, say so. We resolve it by making the page private — never by deleting anyone's memories.
