Reporting an account you think belongs to a child
Report the account with the reason "belongs to someone under 16". You can do this from inside a page you belong to; only we can settle it.
If you believe an account belongs to someone under 16 — a grandchild who typed a later year, say — report the account and choose This account belongs to someone under 16.
- You can report it from inside a page you belong to; this is one of the reasons that's allowed there, because a child on the family page is exactly the case, and no page manager can settle an account matter.
- The people who run Beyond My Time look, and if it's so, close the account. Nothing on the page is deleted; memories in the child's name can be re-added by a parent on their behalf.
- The reporter's identity never reaches the page.
If the child is yours, there's a kinder path: open a supervised profile for them under your wing, and they add to the family's pages with you asked first.
