I typed the wrong year and my account closed
An answer under 16 closes the account at once and it's removed after seven days. A slip is undone by writing to us from the account's email.
If the birth month and year you gave put you under 16, the account closes the moment you answer — we're required to act the moment we know — and everything is removed after seven days. On sign-up, nothing was created at all.
A slip of the finger happens. Write to hello@beyondmytime.life from the account's email address within those seven days and we'll reopen it and ask again. After seven days there's nothing left to reopen; you'd start fresh.
