Blocking someone
A manager can block a person from a page; anyone can block a person from reaching them directly. Nothing they send arrives, and they aren't told.
Blocking from a page
A manager blocks someone with Remove and block on the contributors list, Decline and block when reviewing a request or a tribute, or Block from a request. From then on nothing they send — a tribute, a request to contribute — ever reaches the page. To them it simply looks like it's waiting.
Blocking from reaching you
When someone asks you for a memory or proposes showing pages together, their name carries Block. They can't reach you those ways again.
In both cases
- They aren't told, and there's no count anywhere.
- Nothing already on the page is deleted; remove that separately if you need to.
- Unblock under Settings → Privacy → Access (or Account → People you've blocked): anything they sent while blocked comes back for review.
Blocking is for a person; for content that breaks the rules, report it.
