Removing someone from a page
A manager can remove a contributor. What they added stays, in their name, unless you also remove it. Blocking keeps them from coming back.
Under Settings → People → Contributors, a manager can remove a contributor. They lose access to a private page and can no longer add to it.
- What they added stays — their memories, photos and notes, in their name. Remove those separately if you need to; nothing is done silently.
- Their tags of themselves in photos are theirs to delete at any time, even afterwards.
- Remove and block also keeps anything they send from now on — a tribute, a request to join — from ever reaching the page. They aren't told. See Blocking someone.
Leaving a page yourself
You don't need anyone's permission: You on this page → Leave this page. Your contributions stay in your name unless you remove them first, and you can keep copies on your own page as you go. See Leaving a page.
