"You were named in a memory": what happens when someone tags you
You get a quiet notice on your dashboard. If you manage a page of your own, you can ask the author to add the memory there — they decide.
When someone names you in a photo of a memory you can see, your dashboard says so — a quiet line, not a bell. Nothing is copied anywhere.
Asking for it
If you look after another page, you can ask the author to add the memory there. They decide. If they say yes, a copy of their memory, with their words and their photos, becomes its own memory on your page, still in their name. You'll only see the option if you're a member of the page the memory is on.
